Running WebAgent Navigator using the Bitnami LAMP AMI (Amazon Machine Image) on Amazon Web Services
• Setting up the web server on Amazon EC2.
WebAgent Navigator is tightly integrated with Amazon Connect, a simple to use, cloud-based call center, and works well with other Amazon Web Services (AWS). When using WebAgent Navigator with Amazon Connect, Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2), and Amazon Relational Database Service (RDS), a fully cloud-based, flexible, fault-tolerant, highly scalable call-center is easily created and maintained.
The WebAgent Navigator demo, as well as the development and beta sites, are running from an Amazon EC2 instance with QueueMetrics running on a second EC2 instance. The database (MariaDB) is running on Amazon RDS. The softphone script using Amazon Connect is served from an Amazon S3 bucket using Amazon CloudFront content delivery.
